	10A Applicability of rule 10 in case of circuses and rescue centres (1) In case of grant of recognition to circuses under rule 10, the provisions of clauses (8), (9), (10), (11), (17), (46), (47) and (51) thereof shall not apply. (2) In case of grant of recognition to Rescue centres under rule 10, the provisions of clauses (10), (38), (46) and (51) thereof shall not apply.”;
